Paratha has been a part of sub-continental cuisine since time immemorial. Paratha can be taken with all sort of curries, chutneys and pickles. Ashrafi Classic Parathas are made with margarine instead of oil to cater to the traditional taste. The stuffed parathas are filling with vegetables, especially boiled potatoes, onion, fenugreek (Methi) and mix vegetable.
